Innovation

There are many interpretation of what “Innovation” is. In aadi Defence, we define “Innovation” as the creation of a new unique capability through combination of existing technologies, meaning

  • We work in the region of Technology Readiness Level (TRL) 4+ see here (http://go.nasa.gov/1OPJtq6)  for definition of TRL
  • We are not in the business of blue sky research.

Furthermore, we are firm believers of technology pull, rather than technology push. “Build it and they’ll come” is an excellent recipe for throwing money and resources into a black hole.
What perks our interests are problems with no existing solutions, or simply where current Best Practice is simply not good enough and “a better way” must exist.
IF THE NEED IS BIG ENOUGH, THERE HAS TO BE A WAY
